The ‘Angela’ hitmaker, Kuami Eugene has disclosed that he has written a number songs for most Ghanaian musicians.

According to Kuami Eugene, most of the musicians he has written songs for have not acknowledged him for his sacrificial work.

Kuami Eugene in an interview with Andy Dosty on Hitz FM Daybreak said some of the musicians he has written songs for only credit him through social media hashtags. Kuami Eugene could not mention the names of those ungrateful musicians.

He added continued that even though he charged some of them before writing the songs but stated that, “if I wrote it for you with regards to the friendship we have then I think I deserve credit.”

Kuami Eugene who is currently trending for allegedly ‘stealing’ his ‘Confusion’ song indicated that he does not give a hoot about criticisms by industry insiders since criticisms shape him.

Kuami Eugene concluded by saying, “I don’t receive much criticism. Getting them was something I was told to expect. I have met legends like Okraku Mantey, Kojo Antwi, so I have been told it will come”.

He is still promoting his ‘Confusion’ song amidst allegations and backlashes from Ghanaians.
